January Spotlight – Al Ghurair Foundation Youth Advisory Council
Developing programs with youth gives them a sense of ownership and leads them to engage with programs differently. When our voices are heard in identifying solutions to our needs, it gives us hope and empowers us to look within ourselves and understand our aspirations. It also encourages us to strive for a positive impact and solve challenges in a spirit of collaboration.
